Do you planning to buy a domain or a site? Do you want to buy the domains because of its PageRank? I am sure if you are a webmaster you must have thought about it.
I see ads every day in different forums from people selling PageRank 4 or similar and sometimes they even say predicted PageRank 5.
Who predicted these PageRank? Did Google do that themselves or something? Nobody can predict PageRank not in these times. Nobody knows for sure now when Google new update of PageRank will come or what sites they will downgrade this time.
People that want to sell a domain or site with a Predicted PageRank of X is selling you something they can never keep.
There are also fake PageRank domains that have few links from high PageRank pages and when you buy the domain they will take them away.
Be careful when buying a domain based on the PageRank that?s all I am saying.
